Care Instructions

*For sweaters and sweater romper, wash inside out.
*To maintain oversized, relaxed look - pull sweater out of washing machine and while still wet, give the sweater a good stretch on all sides. Once stretched, lay flat to air dry.
Policies and Disclosures
Custom items are shipped within 7-10 business days and shipping can be another 3-7 days. Love and Lush is not responsible for mail delays, incorrect orders or addresses provided by customers.
Each item is handmade and created by Love and Lush. They are individually hand drawn and knitted. Variations can occur in font and size to the uniqueness of each item and name.
Refunds and returns are unaccepted due to items being made to order and customized to individuals liking. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out.

Blanket FAQs
Are blankets and pillows machine washable?
Yes, they are both machine washable! Woohoo!
While these blankets can be machine washable, the more frequently washed, the more stretched out they will get. To keep looking like purchased longer, machine wash only when necessary and spot clean as needed.
Blankets can be washed on gentle cycle alone, COLD water and air dry. NO bleach and NO Ironing. Liquid detergent and softener is necessary.
Pillows can be washed in a garment bag, gentle cycle, COLD water and air dry. No bleach.
After shipping and washing, you may need to fluff blankets and pillows. Easiest trick is to take a lint roller all over it, and for pillows, push against the top and bottom and both sides until back to desired shape.
Note: These blankets are not meant to be washed weekly. The more frequently washed, the more stretched out they can become.
Do the blankets and pillows shed?
The yarn is Chenille and 100% Polyester. They do not shed like many other yarns you come across at the store!
What is your turn around time?
7-10 business days for processing and creating orders.
3-7 additional business days for shipping.
Returns?
I do accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your product. The items must be unwashed with no damage and returned in the vacuum sealed bag. Once I receive the undamaged return, a refund will be initiated!
Knitted names, milestones and decor cannot be returned. If there is an issue with the product, please email me as soon as possible.
What are the sizes of the blankets?
We offer 4 sizes in blankets (Baby, Small, Medium and Large)
Baby: Approximately 25x35”
Small: Approximately 35x50”
Medium: Approximately 40x60”
Large: Approximately 50x65”
Note: Sizing can vary slightly.

What if I am in a hurry to get my order?
Send me an email prior to ordering stating that you are in a hurry to make sure I can meet your deadline with shipping. With that being said, please take into consideration my turn around time and try to let me know in advance. These are all handmade and take some time to complete. I will try my best to meet your needs!
How does customization work?
Send me an inquiry with the vision you are wanting. I offer a few extra colors and patterns. For example, a blanket with multiple colors or a a custom size. These orders will take longer due to ensuring I have that colored yarn in stock.
I will add your order to our custom orders page and send you a direct link to order.
Once these orders are placed, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged!
